Problem

The existing mobile banking app didn’t meet modern needs. It was unintuitive and lacked quick access to balances, currencies, and key transactions. The challenge was to rethink everything and design a new MVP from the ground up.

Solution

We created a clear, modern experience. Users can view balances, switch between fiat and crypto, and perform actions like deposit, send, withdraw, and exchange. Navigation was simplified.

Outcome

Design testing and validation defined the best solutions. The final MVP was approved by stakeholders and found clear and satisfying by users, forming a solid base for launch.

Challenges

The challenges we identified shaped the product’s direction. Overcoming them led to a simpler, more powerful tool that meets user expectations.
